Referees Reports - more clarifications

A few clarifications on referees reports :

1. Are referees reports sent by Nanyang to the referees?
Completed Referees reports are sent by your referees  to us (Nanyang) by using and completing the referee report template,  which you can find/download in the website. http://www.nanyangmba.ntu.edu.sg/admissions/application-process/

You,as the applicant, is the one sending this report template (form) to your referees.(after you download the form).
Your referees will then fill up the form and submit the completed referees report to us  via e-mail to mba.admissions@ntu.edu.sg , using their official work e-mail.

Referees reports should not sent back to you by your referees, nor should you be the one to upload it. Referees reports completed by your referees, should go directly to us and sent by your referees, via e-mail.

2. Have you (Nanyang)  received your referees reports?
Typically, you (applicant)  should follow up with your referees, if they have already submitted to us their reports-
At present , as we are now in the period of verification of the completeness of your  application (now!), we will be checking too, and will advise you by e-mail  if we have not received it.

3. I(applicant) uploaded the referees report instead of my referees sending it via e-mail.
We will consider the report still,  but we will have to do an extra step- verification with your referees.

4. I (applicant)used a different referees report format. What should I do ?.
We prefer that you use the template that we have provided for. Submitting a referees report using a different format will not be helpful to your cause. In the referees report, the referees also do some asssessment and scores are reflected as well.  If we deem necessary, we will e-mail you to re-submit the referees report. Referees report are standardized in order to have a fair evaluation for each submitted report.

5. Will my application be assessed if referees report are not received yet.
Your application will be deemed incomplete, but we will still look into it (that's the advantage of submitting completed application forms early during the round)  but the assessment will not be completed. This means you will not progress to the next stage- interview stage.
